ROAD

The port of Aveiro is served by motorways with good traffic flow and no intersections in the denser urban areas, from A1, A29, A17 and A25 (rapid access to Spain: 310 Km to Salamanca and 516 Km to Madrid).

The important commercial relations with Spain are becoming stronger due to the integration of Port of Aveiro in the Trans European access A62/AP1 and also due to the partnership with Castilla y Léon (CyLog Net) that aims to optimize synergies between all the 15 logistical nodes (El Bierzo, Léon, Benavente, Zamora, Salamanca, Palencia, Valladolid, Arévalo, Ávila, Segovia, Burgos, Aranda de Duero, Soria y Miranda de Ebro).
